Company structure

The company is organised into 3 groups, all headed by the CEO: International Research Group, Technology R&D, and Sales and Marketing.

The CEO heads each group and manages finance.

Our company, headed by our CEO, is divided into three major groups.  
 
1.)  Our International Research Group provides multiple consultant categories to improve our strategy and business practices.   

• The England based academic consultants are based at Cambridge University.  With the help of input from several other top universities, the University Academics Unit provides information on best practices in the industry, as well as current industry standards and links to other businesses.

• The Financial consultants are experienced and knowledgeable from previous employment with Citigroup, Barclays, or a stock exchange.  They average 5 years of experience in the financial sector.

• The Technology consultants are knowledgeable and skilled from working with all areas of technology through multi-national companies.  They provide our support, maintenance, and infrastructure for our technology, as well as input on research and development.  They bring 15 years of experience to the unit.

2.)  Our Technology Research and Development Group provides an incredibly diverse offering of technology that produces innovative, highly effective and competitive quality end products for clients in the retail, commercial, and government arenas. 

• The Internet Products developed for Brainy Technology include web sites, services, applications, and web-based games.  We employ a wide range of technologies from AJAX through WMLScript. 

• The Systems Group develops complete systems, with some examples being Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision Systems, Machine Learning, gait recognition, gesture recognition, virtual environment development, artificial learning environments, and even 3D gaming capabilities.

3.) Our Sales and Marketing Group gets the word out about our market leading technology.  They form partnerships with other companies to provide the latest and most sought after tools available.  They recruit only the best in the business, and can site the consultants on our team as the best in the world.
